Newburn Manor Nursery, Newcastle upon Tyne: Maths Project
Over the course of a week I worked with 75 pre-school children (3 & 4 year olds) developing large-scale charcoal drawings and paintings about the landscape and habitats that surround their Nursery. I then produced an interactive magnetic mural inspired by their artwork. Funding for this project came from Tribal Education and Technology who promote the learning of maths outside the classroom.

Working closely with BALTIC’S Learning and Archive Team I devised and delivered a course for adults wanting to learn more about Contemporary Art. The sessions were informal and relaxed and included discussions, short presentations and a chance for the group to make their own artwork and critique their creations.
